Booking & payment
Your studio time
The block includes setup and wrap, not just the recording. Want more on camera, book a longer block.
Locking your date
50% advance confirms the slot, balance on or before the shoot day. Files are handed over once it clears.
If a studio session runs over
A 15-minute grace, then ₹5,000 + GST per hour, if the room is free after your slot. We flag it before you cross it.
Offsite shoots
Your shoot window
Your block runs from the crew call time named on your invoice to the end time on it, and covers setup, wrap and load-out.
When the clock starts
At our stated call time, whether or not everyone is ready. A late start moves your wrap, it does not extend the block.
If it runs over
₹7,000 + GST per hour past the block. Crew and gear are booked by the hour, so we flag it on site before you cross it.
Changes & cancellations
If you arrive late
The session still ends on time. The room and crew are held for your window, not extended.
Rescheduling
48 hours notice moves your date, once. Inside that, half the advance carries over. Advance stays valid 60 days.
Cancelling
48 hours or more, credited forward. 24 to 48 hours, half retained. Under 24 hours or a no-show, forfeited.
If we cancel
For anything on our side, you choose a fresh date or a full refund of your advance.
On the shoot & after
On the day
You cover your guests and any damage to the space or gear. We can pause a session for unsafe or unlawful use.
Your content
You own what you record and are responsible for it, including guest consent. We provide the room and crew.
Your files
Bring a high-speed SSD for on-the-spot transfer. We hold raw for 30 days as backup, then keep your own copy.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the fees paid. Indian law, Delhi courts.
